TIAA Bank’s mortgage assistance loan modification program will allow some terms to be changed on the mortgage loan, which may result in the borrower to come current with their loan. To verify if you qualify for this option, the following documents must be completed and submitted.

The documentation required for your Loan Modification application to TIAA Bank includes: 

• Mortgage Assistance Application
• Financial Hardship statement signed attached with supporting documents
• Proof of income 
• Uniform Residential Application – Government monitoring data form (not required) 
• Last 2 months of Bank Statements
• Two (2) years of tax returns if self-employed
